A few days ago I received a message from Anika Tasnim. Telling me that she is a campus ambassador of Castaway on the Moon. And she said that she saw the illustrations that I did. Then asked me if I want to join there festival. The festival stars on the 17th of March to the 10th of April.  I said sure I would love to join.

She then sent me a link to there festival. The festival is a way for different artists from around the world  to show there talents. There are 10 segments that can join. they are as follows photography, cinematography, digital art, typography, singing, dance, painting, sketch, face art, and calligraphy. To submit it must me posted directly to there group with the required captions that the group gave. Then will have for the group to approve your post. You can submit multiple time. As for me I only did 1 illustration. The reason to this is it was only 5 days till the end of the event and I had other projects that I had to finish.

When I looked at the festival I could not find any theme for the event so I message Anika what was the theme for the even she said there was no theme. This was great and difficult at the same time. There were so many things that were going through my mind on what to draw. Then came up with an idea, it was of whales swimming in the clouds. So I stared work on it. But when I finished it I did not want this to be what I submitted. So I decided to start over.

This is when I remembered an illustration I did in Instagram of an event Artist by the window. I decided to us this illustration and change it a little for the event.
