I discovered something new to help share my art and products I make and it may help you too. This is pinterest.com. I was so excited to try it to promote my illustrations. So started watching youtube videos on hot to promote with Pinterest. One of the thins that I learned from watching videos abut how to promote you blog or products in Pinterest is to make titles for your boards I was informed it will make my Pinterest look more professional. So I decided to make title page. I did not know how should it look. Then I thought wouldn't it be different to make an illustration as my board title. Then the name of the board will be in the front of the illustration. Like the illustration above with the word art in fount.
I said to my self yes that is what I will do! No one has done this I will have something different. So I started illustrating it.
This is how I did it.
I was at last finished with the illustration of the building. I then decided to start with illustrations that I made so named this board art. Short and direct. So I made sure the image is 600x600 pixels the recommended title board size of Pinterest. Was so excited to see it in Pinterest. but when I saw it as a title board I found out why it was not done. It was not done because it is impossible to read the title. Hahahaha what an experience to draw something to find out it will not work oh well it does not mater if it was a failure I learned something new and improved my illustrations just a bit.
I abandoned the idea of placing a building for my title blog. and went with something much simpler. And this is how my title board looks like now. This is my board for Time Lapse illustrations. My name on the top, the title of the board then logo of my blog on the bottom. I hope this is not to much. Well if I get bored of it I can always change it.
